Droid Bionic messing up Exchange contacts?

Here's an interesting problem I've had with two different users that set up Activesync on their new Droid Bionics. When synching the contacts in the person's Exchange mailbox, the contacts get divided into two groups from a-z. For instance, a handful of contacts will be in alphabetical order from A-Z and then after Z, the A's start again. I thought it was just a problem with the one user's contacts, until a couple of weeks later, another person got a Droid Bionic and the same thing happened.

Anyone else experience this?
