Root Droid Bionic rooting gone wrong.. help!

I rooted my Droid Bionic and it said that it needed to re-boot itself. as soon as it started up again it got stuck on the screen with the red eye. and now every time I try to turn it on it gets stuck on this screen. I've tried to reset my phone and everything but nothing seems to work. what can I do?
