Upgrade time! Have a D1, really like the slider qwerty, but the Galaxy S2 and Droid Bionic look sweet. It's hard to find the final specs on the unreleased devices, especially the Galaxy S2 that will have multiple carriers (I'm with Verizon, so would be looking at the Function). Do these specs look correct?
