Help DROID CHARGE - Activation Problems?

On May 14, 2011, the day the DROID CHARGE was released, I purchased 4 new phones and 4 new Verizon data plans. 9 days later, my DROID CHARGE still hasn

Mine was activated in the store. The rep had to restart the phone two or three times, but then it activated. Total activation time was maybe 5-10 minutes.

Press the On/Off button and hold.
Select Restart from the menu.
If it doesn't activate on that try, try it over and over till it does.

Mine took three tries.
