Droid Charge Automatically Powers On

I have have had this phone for a while and I don't remember it doing this until I recently switched back to my Charge from my iPhone 4. I have not taken the most recent update and I am rooted. If I turn my Charge off and plug it into power (USB, Wall, Car) it automatically powers on. I cannot figure out what is causing this. Can someone tell me if this an old issue that I didnt know about or how I can go about stopping this.

This is common with nearly all Android phones. Even if it's turned off, plug it in, it will turn on automatically. As far as I know, there's no way to stop it. Something really not to worry about.
