Got a Droid Devour for the remainder of existing contract (July 2012). Works fine, but the battery will be fully charged and a short time later (2-3 hours) it's beeping to notify that the battery is low 15% remaining. Got a new battery and it does the same thing. Could it be a setting on the Devour that's causing the excessive battery use? Any other known issues?

Try letting the battery drain to less than 15%. Then turn your phone OFF when you charge it
After a couple times charging your phone this way you should notice a big difference in your battery life.
