Droid Feels Lighter!

Ok so I had to exchange my Droid and the new one I got feels a lot lighter than the one I exchanged. Any one else experience this. Feels like something is missing or maybe they used different materials on some of them.

If you have a kitchen scale you could check it. My Droid weighs 5.9 oz and feels every bit of it. Since it would take a major engineering change to lower the weight of the droid by only a couple of ounces, I suspect you have the same Droid everyone else has, though hopefully one that works.

You did put your battery in, right?

I will check when I get home but it feels so much lighter.

Mine weighs in at an even 6oz. My scale measures in 1/8s of an oz, it bounced a little between 6 and 5-7/8, but settled on 6.
