I have personally tested this zip on the U.S. DROID not Milestone. I do not have service on my droid, but instead use it as more of an ipod replacement. Anyways, I could not check radio/data/mms or none of that stuff, so please don't ask about that. I did check headphones, speakers, RAM utilization etc. etc. First thing I noticed was that the SD card worked, but didn't work. For example, in the Gallery, it will say "Please insert external storage device" yet your pictures will show up in the background. Or if you go to settings it will accuratly detect and tell you the contents of your SD card, yet the Music app will not scan the music. Bluetooth works, Camera works in portrait mode, I did not test camorder, but doubt it works. If any devs are willing to help me tackle this challenge, I am willin to spend time on this. Here is a link for the curious. Btw... I didn't make this rom, I simply want to work using it as a base to bring ICS to the Droid.
UPDATE
Wiping Dalvik Cache before hand let me use my SD CARD, use the camera in landscape mode, and record video! A collect call with verizon wireless WORKED!!! I almost always have full bars
