Droid Incred. Screen not working!

I was using my Incredible and the screen froze up and then the phone restarted. Now it turns on and the screen is not responsive to touch and after i hit the power button to turn it back on again the screen is black but the buttons light up. If i restart the phone it does the same thing again. The screen wokrs but isnt responsive and then wont turn on after. Help!!

The only thing I could recommend would be a hard reset. Press the power and volume down button until the HBOOT screen appears, then choose factory reset. You will lose all your data on the phone unfortunately, but you may get it to work.
