Accessories Droid Incredible Dock?

I bought the Seidio 3500mah extended battery and I am now looking at a desktop charging dock.

Does anyone know if the AC plug will charge both the phone and the extra battery or does the usb syncing cable and AC charger both have to be plugged in to charge both?

Not sure about that one. This is the one I bought (a few bucks cheaper)

Only problem is that I had to use my trusty Dreml tool to mod it so it would fit with the 2150 battery and larger back.

Does the Incredible connect to a USB plug or is it just a rest? I am looking for a dock that the AC charger charges both the phone(with battery) and an extra battery. I bought the Seidio 3500 and have the stock 1300. Would like the dock to be able to charge both with just the AC cord and not the AC cord and USB plug. I hope the way I am picturing it is the way I explained it.
