Did the extended battery you got require a modified back for the phone, or did it fit with the "factory" back?
Hey Musky.... The extended battery takes an extended back. I'm such a moderate user that I'm still using the stock battery and making it through the day. The extended back adds girth to the phone.. some like it and some don't.. you know how that is. I do highly recommend the phone. Mine has been flawless since launch day.. zero complaints.

Thanks guys! I'm going to go for it. The best price I can find so far is Costco's. If you get the phone online from them, it's $169.99 and you get a car charger, case and screen protector and "microsim" whatever that is. My Dinc didn't have a sim card so I'm not sure what good it is. 
I keep my pics and tunes on my SD card. The phone has a generous internal storage so if you don't have a lot of overhead or an insatiable yearn for apps, the SD card is just a luxury.

4g requires a sim card, so that may be what they're talking about.

Im having an issue and can really use some assistance ... attempted root but went bad, now i have a boot loop. Tried loading pmb31img.zip but it gave an error saying main version is older or something?
