kindly confirm immed. else will buy some else listing

2) does verizon provide unlock code for using other countries cdma sim when tour there ?

Cdma doesn't use sim cards, the carrier info and password is hard coded into the device. Most countries don't use cdma and use strictly gsm. Only places that still have cdma are a couple of North American countries and a couple east Asian countries. Europe is exclusively gsm. I have never heard of a single case where Verizon has reprogrammed the phone themselves for use on other carriers. Generally the carrier you want to use it on is the one that has to reprogram the device, and a locked bootloader makes that difficult. However Verizon may unlock the gsm frequencies if they're not already unlocked.

1) so u mean user must have customized if its really unlocked or claim it as cdma unlocked wrongly ?.

2) does verizon provide unlock code for active customers to use local sims of CDMA when travel to asia like china india ?

1) yes, if the cdma is truly unlocked, the seller would have needed to reprogrammed the carrier info, changed the prl list, and find another batch of usable modem files. Did to the update to the DMCA that went into effect in January, the seller likely did this illegally.

2)Verizon doesn't provide the unlock for it, however if the device is compatible with the cdma frequencies in those locations you will likely be able to roam on their networks and use them at increased fees. Only gsm uses sim cards, and the sim card is what provides the carrier info and security codes necessary to access the network. On cdma phones, this info is programmed into the device directly which is part of what locks it to the original carrier.
