Droid Pro SIM LOCK

Hello,

I'm living in Hong Kong.
I ordered a Motorola Droid Pro from Amazon Wireless.
The phone is SIM-LOCKED.

As I'm living in Hong Kong, Verizon offered to unlock my phone by providing me the PIN code.
But first I have to have a Verizon Account which has been used for at least 90 days.
Is there anyone who can lend me his/her Verizon Number so that I can get that PIN code?
I don't mind if I have to pay him/her a few bugs.

I'm dashed as I the phone with me now but the phone is not usable.

Just the number won't help. You'll also need to prove that the account was yours and I can't see anyone giving you all that info. If full retail was paid on the phone they should provide the code to you. You may need to provide proof of purchase.

I wouldn't suggest posting your email either unless you're just looking for spam. There is a PM system here as is with most forum sites.

I give the guy my IMEI and he helps me to make that phone call to Verizon.

No one here is likely to help you over concerns related to account theft and so forth. Even if you're honest, probably no one can be sure with such sensitive information.

Probably you're interested in this phone because of the new CDMA network in HK.
