As of right now, there is no Droid Pro+, just the Motorola Pro+. The Droid name is only given to certain Android phones on Verizon's network, and there hasn't been any announcement for the Pro+ on Verizon. There hasn't been an announcement for the Pro+ for any US carrier. But at the time the phone was initially announced, there were rumors floating around of an eventually release on T-Mobile and/or AT&T. Sprint just launched the Admiral, so I doubt the Pro+ would make its way over there. Nothing has been hinted at for Verizon, and with how poorly the Droid Pro sold, I'd actually be surprised if Verizon picked up the Pro+.
Nope. All of the announced models are GSM, and Verizon is a CDMA/LTE network. So the radios are incompatible. And even if a CDMA version popped up, using it on Verizon would require them adding that particular phone to their database as an allowed device, and that's not something they do.
