Help droid razor m bricked please help

hey all i bricked my phone no my phone was not rooted i just downloaded 4.1.1 and tried to root none of the programs where workins so i used matts and hit option 1 to see what would happen and now this is what shows up
my phone says

device is locked status code 0

battery ok
transfer mode
usb connected

fastboot reason flash failure
usb connected
help please
