Help Droid Razr HD Problems Receiving Texts

I have been having to restart my phone before I received my messages. It won't do it everyday but just from time to time. Wondering if anyone else is having these problems?

I was. After a restart all the text I missed would flood through. It started maybe 4 days ago and I just applied the OTA update and it appears to be resolved.

EDIT: 2 days later and it's still working normally. I think this is fixed.
