Droid Razr Maxx Data?

Does the Razr Maxx have a better data signal than the Bionic? My Bionic drops data signal so much i cant even get on the internet?
 
I have only had a few instances of data loss. I live in a 4g area and if im facebooking or somthing and it changes into a 3g area my netflix and facebook can stop working for a min. other than that my 4g data runs at 28-34megabits a sec. www.speedtest.net
