Droid Razr Maxx or Droid Razr HD Maxx

I have a dilemma, I am up for an upgrade and I have decide if the Droid Razr Maxx or the Droid Razr HD Maxx is worth the wait & extra money. I currently have a Droid Bionic so either will be a step up, but I am wondering if anyone has any ideas about this. The only real difference I can find is the pixel number, which is quite significant, but had anyone else heard anything? I use the phone for work and social media. Please give me your ideas.
