Root Droid RAZR rooted but still shows # of hidden apps

Hi all, I have recently rooted my Droid RAZR, but now it says 40 hidden apps when I have actually 10 hidden. Is there any way to clear this up? I have a feeling I should have unhide all the apps first then uninstalled all my bloatware :/

Is there another way of doing this? Where would the apps be listed in the files if I was to look for them with root explorer for example?

My problem is that I cannot reinstall what I have not just uninstalled but deleted, because I do not remember exactly which apps were hidden before I got rid of bloatware.

There has to be a spot where these hidden apps empty skins are stored...

i ran into the same problem i debloated with droid theorys zip file, and had them hidden so it shows like 25 hidden when its 0. If you just factory reset under storage or privacy wherever it will fix all that, youll stay rooted, be good to go.
