Droid Razr Sleep function

I seem to have lost the Sleep function on my Droid Razr since updating to 4.1.2. Before, I'd hold the Power button and I could turn the phone off or make it sleep, now the sleep has disappeared. Is there a different way I can activate the Sleep function?
