Droid RAZR Volume Controls

I am getting frustrated with the volume controls / issues with my RAZR.

If I remember with my original droid and even the RAZR pre ICS, you could control Notifications and Ringer Volumes together.

I am not finding how to sync those two volumes together.

Thoughts?

Also, can someone help with how to control my phone going automatically to speakerphone when I answer?

This is really annoying i know. My Maxx does the same thing. I think its just a thing with motos ics build. I dont remember if i had this problem on my gnex or not. I have tried to contact moto about this issue but i dont think there is a fox for this. I think its just the way it was built. You will just have to change it manually in settings. Maybe motorola will let us link the 2 volumes in a future update.

And i dont know about the speaker phone issue sorry
