Long time Iphone fanboi. Had them all since first release. Finally made the switch to an HTC Inspire. So Far, So Good.

Difficult transition the first day or so but I'm getting it laid out the way I want and the apps I'll use. Other then the sketchy battery life I'm impressed so far.

Battery life will typically always be a challenge with Smartphones. To increase battery life on your Inspire, go through all of your home screens and delete any widgets that might be installed. These widgets are constantly running even if you don't actively use them. Another thing to try would be to disable auto brightness on the phone. Set the brightness on the screen to it's lowest comfortable level. And a third thing to try would be if your phone supports battery profiles. If it does select the most conservative battery profile that you're comfortable with.
