Welcome to Android Forums. I have the Incredible and to access the smiley faces I have to first enter the number/symbol keyboard and then go to the second page of symbols which is accessed by hitting the 1/2 button (toward bottom left) There I find a number of smiley faces to insert into my text messages. I hope this helps. To find the best support and all the tips and trick your phone will perform you need to check into your phone's home forum.
