Help droid turbo volume

beadnsue

Lurker
About a week ago, my droid turbo volume went low. I miss phone calls due to the low volume of the ringer. The speaker sounds tinny. My husband has a droid S4 and the same thing happened to his phone. The GPS volume is so bad I have to hold the phone to my ear to hear it. I've tried turning the phone off, pushing volume to low and then up, settings volume, turned off audio effects, privacy is turned off, turned off the blue tooth.
Checked to see if there have been any updates I missed.
Seriously? What is going on?
any suggestions?

Sorry to hear that, but the same thing happened on my sister's Droid Maxx HD..
A factory reset did the trick and her volume came back to normal..
Verizon said it was probly caused by an app malfunction... Hope this helps and good luck!

thanks I've tried safe mode and don't see much difference. May have to reset
Your welcome..
BTW, if your contacts are backed up on the cloud or Backup Assistant they will download again when you sign in to your google account...and you can always take it to a Verizon store for a reset or trouble shooting...[emoji4]
