I downloaded a number of free books from the Play Store and started reading one of them (I am up to chapter 4).
Today I went to access the book and I got an option to "download now" and data charges may apply.
I tried to re-download it from Play Store and the only option I get is "Open".
I checked the other books and the same thing is occurs.
Any ideas why this is happening and how to fix it?
I do not think I should have to eat into my data plan to read a book I already downloaded.
