For a while now my phone had a audio issue where whenever I would charge it the phone audio would not work and say that it can't read audio file or play and same thing for calling I would not be able to hear anybody. Usually a simple shut down would fix it but now I've been having a freezing issue so when I would restart my phone the phone would become slower and would freeze up until my battery life is almost gone. Please help if you can.
