Help droid x programming

I had a droid x given to me and all I get is a bootloader screen. I'm guessing i need to download an operating system. I tried a search for this but didn't find anything. Could anyone help? thanks.

Just wanted to let you know I moved your thread to hopefully get it some better responses.

You need to SBF (that loads the operating system):

Does the bootloader say 30.04? If so, you should be good to flash 602. If it is a higher number, than you need to flash 621.
