Droid X2 or Droid Charge

Ok so i have both, but im going to sell one which should i keep and why, they both have there pluses and minuses. Im not in a 4g area but i like the charge cause its less glitchy, and i will probably root it if i keep it. The Droid X2 i like because it has alot of potential but will its potential be unleashed with the next update or will it just be crappy, i also have the X2 rooted on the eclipse rom which makes it a little better but still not to amazing all input is appreciated!!!

I have had the X2 since July and two good friends of mine have Charges so I am very familiar with both.


X2 Pros:

-Thinner/smaller and with better build quality
-More internal storage (app storage + internal SD)
-Dual-core Tegra 2 SoC for much better gaming capabilities and faster speed than the Charge's 1Ghz single core (especially with the latest X2 GB update)
-Obviously better battery life than Charge
-qHD screen resolution
-Gingerbread 2.3.4 is available now
-I prefer Moto's Blur over Samsung's TouchWiz

Charge Pros:

-LTE (the biggie)
-Better camera than X2, especially for stills
-AMOLED screen is a big improvement over the X2's Pentile if you can live with WVGA resolution
-Includes 32GB card in the box (but X2 can have more maximum storage)

I would say that if LTE in the future when your area gets it is a must-have for you, then by all means keep the Charge. If you are more into extended battery life or gaming, then the X2 is the better choice and probably a better "business" phone. If I were in your shoes I would honestly probably stick with the X2 unless LTE was coming very soon to your area.

Trust me, the latest 2.3.4 update on the X2 makes it a MUCH BETTER phone! Almost all of the major bugs have been addressed other than the camera app still giving occasional lockups.

My wife has DX2 and I have the Charge.I have had the original droid and the droid x I'll take Motto any day over Sammy.

Had samsung charge. New job gave me a x2. X2 is snappier. But prefer to surf with charge. Nicer screen and pinch auto adjust text, huge help on my opinion. Given choice, maybe charge.

Hmm I have the charge and love it. Wife had a DX2 and hated the battery life. It seemed for me atleast I got better battery life. She just got a charge so guess we will see what she keeps in the next couple of days.
