Droid X2 Start up Problem

Hello! I have a droid x2 with mx home launcher app. every time my phone starts up from a reset or power off, my phone have this problem. It makes the sounds it normally would after start up like the slide to unlock and stuff, but on my phone it is stuck with the droid eye thing. Before i would mash the buttons on it for it to work, but now it doesnt work please HELP!

i'm a bit confused, are you saying that it won't come up at all or are you having problems with the launcher?

And what have you done to your phone so far? Rooted, flashed a custom ROM? Flashed a SBF with RSD? Installed other phone-altering utilities?
