ON 11-8-2011 my phone lost 3G service and can no longer connect to the Internet, or send text messages that contain pictures or attached sound.
I have shut down the phone, rebooted no less than 10 times, taken the battery out on several of those shutdowns, and have called *228 (with Option 2) (twice now: first time on 11-9-2011, second on 11-20-2011) still nothing works.
Can any one help?
(Theory: Verizon or Motorola wants us all to update to the new 2.3.3 Gingerbread OS??? and is now blocking those of us that are refusing to do so from getting Data to our phones.)
