Help Droid2 wants to install 2.3

I installed Andoid 2.3 & so far so good.

Guess the lack of responses means that no-one else is having any trouble as well.

I believe I got this notification last night and did the update. Afterwords I noticed that on the lock screen that the time was centered and the unlock and volume sliders had been shifted up to where there is about an inch between them and the bottom of the display. Also, it still says version 2.2 when I look at the android version.

Yes they changed those things on the lock screen.
This was not an update of Android but a system update.

On 51 hours of usage and have 30% battery remaining. Probably an hour of pandora, an hour of internet, a couple hours using aldiko book reader, and 15-20 calls on battery saver mode.

I'm really pleased. My old Omnia would make it 24hrs max with less usage.

*edit* I meant 51 hours not 27!

edit: This is a verizon update for your phone not a new google android os upgrade.
