droidwall - share your approach?

for those of you using droidwall, could you share your approach, do you use it in whitelist or blacklist mode etc? and anyone know of any guides for the various services etc? thanks

when ive used it I blocked everything except for my browser, email client, maybe a few others. then I would allow programs as needed e.g. aDownloader when I wanted a torrent.
droidwall is a great app although I don't use it much anymore bc I just try and stay away from apps that request internet permissions without good reasons
