drop down notification bar

[Android Question]

I have the LG Optimus Showtime
I was wondering how to change what shows up in the notification bar.
Facebook shows everything, such as the status of my picture upload. Or every single post I reblog on tumblr.
I just want for those things to not show up in the notifications drop down bar.

Hi, welcome to Android Forums

Go into Settings --> Apps --> All, tap on any app and you should see 'Show Notifications' with a tickbox. Untick to stop notifications.
