Dropbox upload help

Hey all
I'm using Dropbox and ES file manager. I have a few files which I saved to my SD card and have not synced with dropbox. How do I make the dropbox folder on my SD card sync with the dropbox server? I've tried sending files and it wouldn't display the proper folder.
I would like to sync the whole folder
