How do i copy or move a file or folder from Dropbox to the storage memory or SD card of the android when running a android OS in Virtualbox?
 
Right-click (or long press) the file or folder in Dropbox, choose Export, choose SD card, then navigate to where you want that file or folder to be in Android.
 
Depending on the file type (like a photograph for example), frequently the app that can open that file type will also give option to save it
