Help Dropped Calls on JB Update

Ever since I got the JB update on att 4.1.1 i've been getting nothing but dropped calls. Everytime I dial a number it drops 2 or 3 times before it connects. Anyone else been having that problem out there ?

Have you tried a factory reset and see if this resolves the issue?

No I have not will that be a fix ? Will a factory reset make me lose all of my apps & settings ?

I'd suggest calling your carrier about dropped calls prior to anything else. They can see how many and how often your calls are dropped and suggest steps to try that might help.

Thanks i'm going to att store today that does tech help & see what they can do for me before I do a reset. I don't want to loose all my data & apps & have to reset everything all over again

Be careful, most reps at the store will do the reset before you know about it. Make sure and do any and all backups you can before going.
