Help Dropped my Ascend, all kinds of lines running through 1/4 of the screen.

Dropped my Ascend, all kinds of lines running through 1/4 of the screen. Text is blurry. Had to buy a new phone. Any idea if this one is repairable? Sucks cuz the phone is only a year old. If anyone can repair it, the battery is good, I have a gel cover and the headphones....anyone need it? Or can anyone repair it for less than $50.00? I just bought a new Samsung Admire from Metro.

You either disconnected or damaged the digitizer.
It shouldn't cost more than $30 at an honest cell repair store.
Try a non corporate metro store. It may even be under warranty if you havent rooted and changed anything.

thanks. it's not under warranty cuz it's over a year old. i will check out a screen repair and use it as a backup. thanks!
