and the glass shattered. I've had it about a year. Will verizon replace it? I think I have the insurance, but i'm not sure where to look to see if I do.

good idea. I do have the insurance, but i wonder if they wait for me to mail this phone in, and then they mail another? dang, I can't be without a phone for a week.

They send you a phone and then give you something like two weeks to send the broken one back.
