I dropped my nexus 7 1st generation tablet yesterday. The screen didn't crack but in the tablet the left hand side is all black. THe apps and everything work but its covered. When I dropped it something in the tablet moved. Because when I touch the back of the tablet theses lines come on front. So is there a way I can fix this myself. Without andy tools. Is there a way I drop it or bang it on something and it'll work again. Because it cost $50 to repair it and i'm going to be in so much trouble. PLEASE HELP MEEEE
