I dropped my phone in water and used the hair dryer. then i had to do to bed but the phone is still operating it is just the screen that is not working. what do i do????

Turn it off and remove the battery immediately. Then leave it in a jar of uncooked rice for a day or two. Only then should you try turning on again.
The rice draws moisture out of the phone. A hair dryer is actually a bad idea - it blows water into other parts of the phone and heats it (which evaporates water, but also increases the rate of corrosion). The very worst thing you can do is turn it on when moisture is still present.
If after a couple of days in rice it still doesn't work, then I hope you have insurance. The warranty will be void, and while you might find someone who is willing to repair it, there is no certainty that other things won't fail later - water damage is insidious, I'm afraid.
