Help Dropped phone - low signal

So last night I dropped my Galaxy S (9003 - internally almost identical to the 9000) from about four feet. It was in a cover so the impact wasn't too hard. Since then the mobile signal has been intermittent. Sometimes full signal, sometimes no signal at all in a big city. This did not happen before I dropped the phone. It's only a month old!

So... it looks like the antenna is loose/broken inside the phone. Has anyone else had this problem? Has anyone else managed to fix it themselves?
