sorry bit of a misunderstanding on my part as i have discovered there are two different parts. would it be the touchscreen or the display screen that needs replacing? thanks.:confused:
 
its the display screen just take it to a service they will replace both or some other part which could have got damaged......
its a hardware problem ...
