dsd card

Hi can I take out my dsd card and put in a new one but take the music and pictures off the 4gb and the new one is 16gb. H866 Huawei Android and I have straight talk
 
Connect the phone to your computer. Copy all the songs to the computer. Disconnect the phone from the computer. Turn it off. Take out the 4GB card. Put in the 16GB card. Turn the phone on. Connect the phone to the computer. Copy the songs from the computer to the phone.

It'll probably be easier than reading that was.
