Try going into Settings > Apps > All and select DSP Manager and force stop it, then clear data. Once you do that, open it again and see if the problem persists.

Thanks but I just went ahead and did a restore. I guess the cloud mod messed things up? I just wanted my ringtones louder...any suggestions?? They are too low on pgs.
