DSP Manager for ICS?

I have been using MobsterRom and was switching back and forth to the newest CM10.1 build and REALLY like having the DSP manager making everything sound so much better, But couldnt find anything about a working DSP manager in ICS.

Is there a way to get this to work in ICS? Anyone have a link to a working apk for ICS? Or should I just pull the apk out of the CM10.1 zip and try to install it on MobsterRom?

Thats also another question I have. MobsterRom is supposed to have Beats built in.. but I dont hear ANY difference when it is on compared to off. And I have a very musical ear. I play bass guitar now and have been playing different instruments for the better part of 15 years now. Is this actually real Beats or another knockoff with a built in equalizer?

I kinda dont like that it breaks the built in music player, But I can live with it I suppose. I use google music alot, But for on the road stuff I tend to use the built in music app and my music on my SD card just in case I lose reception. No signal = no google music.

Another thing, It shows all kinds of requirements, Like a stock rooted ROM or JB ROMs, But I dont see anything about rooted ICS Roms that arent stock.

Ill give it a try. Currently installing through the Aroma installer right now. Its stuck on 88%.. But I am giving it time to finish whatever its doing thats taking forever.

Still at 88%... How long did it take you before it finally stopped hanging?

Edit: Nvm... After 10 minutes it finally finished..

WOW! I gotta say this has made a HUGE improvement in sound. This tweak should be implemented into every ROM out there!

Edit: after doing some more listening, It does actually seem like real Beats audio. I have heard it before with real beats headphones(200 dollars a pair), And this sounds very close to it with cheap 10 dollar studio headphones. VERY impressed.

Glad it worked out for you. I like the sound coming from this as well. Big improvement. Just wish it wouldn't have broken the stock player through. Kinda liked it. I don't know enough about this to know what it breaks.

I dont know what it breaks either, But my music player will open. I will click play and it will say cannot play this type of file and then crashes. I wonder if one of the devs could figure it out.

I am slowly learning all the ins and outs of the Evo V and may attempt to look into it myself, But I am nowhere near as qualified as many others on this site. :D
