Help DT Ignite

Hi all. When ever I restart my phone lately I get the message that DT Ignite has stopped working. I double checked my settings and it is not disabled. Any thoughts?
Samsung GS7, fully updated, got July patch yesterday, on Verizon
 
Not sure, but if you would like that to function, is there a option to clear the cache and data for it?
Otherwise just disable it. I disabled it due to the possibility of that app auto downloading and installing unwanted apps to me device.

Duh...it just occurred to me that I had disabled it, weeks ago. Ah Verizon, gotta love them, maybe they found a way to switch it back on. We switched to them years ago when the whole family, kids as well as extended were on them and they were the only service at the time to allow such a large number of people for unlimited calls and text. We all got the minimum contract then as 90% of our communication was with each other.
Trip down memory lane aside, it is now switched back off.

PS Although they have since crossed over I have been "Grandma" to three shepherds. A black and tan, a solid white and a solid black. They all were adopted as adults..3, 4 and 9 years old.
 
Yes DT Ignite is unadulterated trash and should be disabled. It's the first thing I disable after doing a reset. Verizon will just use it to push more unwanted junk to your phone.
