Siyah kernel is great for dual-boot, but you can't dual boot Jellybean and ICS together. Either both Jellybean (with correct kernel), or both ICS (with ICS compatible kernel). Some ROMs will give you trouble in trying to dual-boot, even if the kernel/ROM mix matches. I know that Shostock3, for example, won't allow dual-boot, even though you'll see the option.
