Dual Core Media Boxes? Consumer purchase?

I ordered mine from Ovalelephant.com, what happened was the manufactors gave him a false ship date. They have done this for all the other online shops too so you wont see it around. Currently the ship date is Nov. 25th, so we will see. Hopefully the Manufactor will have no other delays.

Ordered from Oval also after 2 weeks told wont ship, offered stick type "bold bull" in dual core, initially thought this might work on other tv but no remote no additional audio out.

Guess i'll try it if That makes it here
 
I ordered a MK808 off of Amazon for ~$60 shipped. Of course, it's coming from China, so I won't get it until mid-Dec/Jan. If you want it faster, it will cost ~$75.

I requested a refund from Oval elephant as he stated i could through the mass email he sent. Its been about 1 week and no refund and no reply to any of my emails. I have sent him around 12 emails so im pretty frustrated but good news is i orded the minix neo x5 and it ARRIVED to day free shipping from ********** it only took 5 days from China.

Filed a Police report in January after a month of trying to get refund with no refund and no equipment. Posted to Amazon store about this guy, also sent mail to J1nx (OE now no longer sells there) and filed complaint with Paypal (I waited too long for Paypal dispute). Police reportFiled in NC-- Police report number is P13004658 if there is anyone else out there who had their money stolen from them by this Chandler Gray guy, and want to jump into the frey.
