Help Dual text boxes

I am having dual notification issue with receiving text. I downloaded Handcent, I not only diabled my standard texting app but deleted it and I am still getting 2 texts each time. One from Handcent and one from my standard. Anyone have a suggestion?

Just for information, I was able to resolve my issue. Under my apps I had "Go SMS Pro", and that is where my dual text boxes were coming from. I turned off the notifications on SMS Pro and that fixed my issue.
