I have a new Samsung Galaxy s3 when adding contacts it created duplicates and triplicate records becuase of SIM Google and MS exchange is there an app out there that is free and can upgrade to paid that can merge all my contact but not loose the notes and information in the record?

Install the app called 'Duplicate Manager'. You can merger the contact and will lose any data. Its a free app.

Settings>Accounts and Sync>select the account you don't want to sync with>untick Sync Contacts
good one- but doesn't quit get them all.
